Project Introduction
The project is located on Huangzeshan Island, Qushan Town, Daishan County, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province, with a total construction area of approximately 180000 square meters and a total tank capacity of 1.04 million cubic meters. It is a key project for the development and construction of the international oil storage and transportation base in the Zhejiang Free Trade Zone. It is backed by the "artery" of the Yangshan International Waterway and can connect various regions of East China and the Yangtze River Basin, as well as major ports in coastal cities in China. It is recognized as a natural port for oil transfer and storage in the industry.
After the completion of the project, it is of great significance to enhance the capacity of crude oil unloading and storage facilities from Ningbo to Zhoushan Port, promote the construction of the Zhoushan Islands New Area, improve the architecture of the Zhoushan oil shipping system, and enhance the international oil storage and transportation capacity of Zhoushan.
The project is one of the important projects in promoting the construction of international oil and gas storage and transportation bases in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province, and is also the main oil storage project in the northern area of Zhoushan. The total investment of the project is 1.256 billion yuan, mainly constructing a total of 1.04 million cubic meters of crude oil and fuel tanks, including 6 100000 cubic meters of crude oil tanks, 6 50000 cubic meters, 2 40000 cubic meters, and 2 30000 cubic meters of oil tanks.
Crude oil is a complex mixture containing hydrocarbons and other chemical substances such as paraffin, cycloalkanes, asphaltenes, and resins. In the process of crude oil production and transportation, problems related to pipeline systems are mainly caused by high molecular weight paraffin and asphaltene.
At high temperatures, paraffin molecules dissolve in crude oil. If transported through pipelines, the temperature of the crude oil drops below the wax precipitation point, which is higher than the flow point. The decrease in paraffin solubility causes paraffin molecules to precipitate and crystallize from the crude oil, thereby affecting pipeline flow. For this reason, we need to install insulation measures such as electric heat tracing to maintain the temperature required for crude oil pipeline transportation.
Due to the different pipeline areas that require heat tracing in the second phase tank farm of the Huangzeshan Oil Transfer Storage and Transportation Project, our Anhui Huanrui technical personnel have selected corresponding electric heat tracing product models for different heat tracing pipelines. The series constant power RDC1Q-J3-20-220 and low-temperature enhanced DBR-25-220-PB are about 110000 meters of electric heat tracing, effectively solving the problem of crude oil precipitation and crystallization in the pipeline and ensuring smooth transportation of the pipeline.
At present, our electric heat tracing products have been widely used in large-scale engineering projects such as PetroChina, Sinopec, and rail transit, and the heat tracing efficiency has been widely praised. We will continue to provide customers with satisfactory electric heat tracing system services and solve their pipeline antifreeze insulation problems.
