The Tangshan LNG terminal project was developed in accordance with the instructions of the National Development and Reform Commission and in order to ensure the safe and stable supply of natural gas in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Key projects invested and constructed by the party.
This project includes receiving station engineering, wharf engineering, off-station system supporting engineering, and cold energy utilization system. The first phase is 650×104t/a; the second phase is 350×104t/a; the forward capacity is 1000×104t/a. One berth can accommodate LNG carriers of 125,000 to 270,000 m³, and one berth of the same size is reserved in the future.
The receiving station project is mainly composed of storage tank system, process device system, auxiliary production system, public engineering system and off-site supporting system. Its function is to receive and unload LNG transported by LNG ocean transport ships, store it in the LNG storage tank, and Gasification is carried out in ORV and SCV, and the gasified gas is sent to the gas transmission trunk line.
After the completion of the project, it will add a new reliable gas supply source to North China to supplement the natural gas demand in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. It can also meet the seasonal natural gas peaking demand in Beijing, Tianjin, Tangshan, Qinhuangdao and other regions, which will ensure the natural gas supply. It plays an important role in ensuring the safe and stable use of gas by users and is an important part of the national energy strategy.

After our Anhui Huanrui received the Tangshan LNG electric heating insulation project, we combined the special environment on site and the actual insulation needs of the equipment and comprehensively considered the self-limiting temperature 25LSR-220-PB and the series constant power RDC1Q-J3-20. -220 products, among which the RDC1Q-J3-20-220 product meets the project's requirements for a single electric heating tape to be laid far away (a single cable can be laid up to hundreds of meters or even thousands of meters) and with stable power. The project has been completed. , running in good condition.
